ABOUT THE TRAINER
Nicole has been a certified trainer in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In 2003 she graduated with honors from The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology with a Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate. She also holds a Personal Trainer Specialist certification and a Healthy Eating and Weight loss certification through Canfitpro.
Practicing yoga has been an ongoing journey. In 2021, she obtained her 200 hour yoga certification through Yoga Alliance Certified,
Soul Thrive Yoga Teacher Training School.
She specializes in individual training and barre classes, integrating postural correcting exercises with strength training and good nutrition to promote lifelong function and optimal health.
The foundation of Bodies by Blanch is to provide sound knowledge for clients' health, fitness journey, and well being.
